ProAdmin gave us the flexibility to deploy extra resources from the valuation [ProVal] team as needed, as well as bring in other resources from other firms that knew ProVal/ProAdmin.
It's fantastic. I have always loved ProVal. The team there is fantastic. I have been a fan for over 20 years. It's a great product, and we have a great relationship. They're great partners, they are responsive, the quality of the product is great, and the functionality is great. Overall, it's very, very good.
I think the customer service that I've received has been just outstanding. Just the flexibility of the product, and the built-in safeguards to help minimize the chances of royally messing something up. It's been a very stable product that I've found to be consistent, reliable, and error-free, not to repeat myself. That's how I would summarize it.
They are very prompt when you ask questions. Their [phone] number for customer service is great. I don't necessarily have to speak with a specific person, I can speak to anyone. Everyone is knowledgeable and gets to you quickly. They are always open to recommendations and suggestions of other services they have to help us.
Any time we have an idea that would help us serve the customer more efficiently, they are open to hearing us. Even simple ways that they think through their own enhancement ideas, and what a consultant might need that is different, more detailed, or more user-friendly. They are thoughtful in the way they provide updates.
I just think they are an industry leader. They have a trusted product, and their support is good and timely. I don't have any specific person I could name. It's every time we call in.
The updates are easy to implement. The communication to their clients is good. They are responsive to our questions, and most importantly, I like the product.
Support is easy and friendly, but I feel like I don't ever need support anymore. I think it is the best tool out there for pension systems.
Well, the tool is very user-friendly. It's really easy to use and explain the reason behind the calculations. The IT support, when we have coding issues, is very efficient. We get answers within hours considering difference in time. It's a very good tool, easy to use, and perfect tool to use for a Pension Actuary.
I do think whenever we have issues or need help, we get good responses. The technicians are helpful, friendly, and prompt. We do appreciate the support that we get. I like that when things do change it's documented. They have 'what's new' sheets that come out. They are always looking to improve and take feedback from people. Beyond the tool being really great and that I like it, some of their support capabilities are top-notch.
I think they have the premier system in the actuarial community. It's a widely accepted program. They have good technical help with the system. Their overall customer service is responsive.
We use it for a lot of purposes. We use it for actuarial purposes, for multiple and single employers, and we use it for [nondiscrimination] testing. A lot of actuarial work can be met with this program. It's kind of a one-stop shop for everything.
