The commands on the Edit Menu let you copy information to the clipboard. The information can then be pasted into other applications. ProGraph gives you two ways to copy to the clipboard:

Copy as Data copies the graphed data (and series legend and x-axis labels) to the clipboard. This data can then be pasted into other applications, such as spreadsheet software.

Copy as Picture copies the graph to the clipboard as a Windows picture. This picture can then be pasted into other applications, such as word processing or presentation software. Some applications even allow you to edit the pasted picture (e.g., try double-clicking on a picture after pasting it into Microsoft Powerpoint).
