List Objects

By default, objects (or library entries) are displayed for the current project and sorted alphabetically by library name (e.g., Accrual Basis Component library, Asset & Funding Policy, etc.) or by the way you last viewed it. To change this order, click the Customize button, to access the List Objects dialog box.

Customization parameters

Project specifies the project, within the ProVal mode, for which you wish objects to be listed. The object list can be restricted to a single project or all objects in all modes can be listed.

Display indicates whether to display a summary of object names (i.e., the names of all the library entries for all libraries listed, above, under the objects parameter, but no details of any of the objects) or the contents of selected objects. Check the box next to an object name in the list of objects to tell ProVal to display its contents. When you click OK, ProVal produces a list, for each selected object, similar to what you see when you View a library entry from the library entry’s dialog box. To select all the objects, click the All button; to select none of them, click the None button. You may display both a summary and the list specific to the selected objects by selecting contents of selected objects and also checking the print table of contents box.
