No mortality during deferral for vested terminations

QUESTION: Current and future terminated vested participants are valued with a deferred benefit to age 65. How can I value the benefit without mortality during the deferral period?

ANSWER: Create a new mortality table for vested terminations which is 0 prior to age 65 (or simply start the table at age 65, since ProVal assumes values prior to the first attained age are 0).
