List Objects
This command allows you to view or print a list of all objects within a ProAdmin client. The list is similar to what’s available when you view the inputs for an Estimate or Final calculation. For example:

By default, objects are displayed for the current Project, listed by library and sorted alphabetically (or the way you last viewed it). To change this order and/or format, click the Customize… button, which accesses the List Objects dialog box.
List Objects dialog box parameters
Project specifies for which project you wish objects to be listed. The object list can be restricted to a single project or all objects in all modes can be listed.
Display indicates whether to display a summary of the object names or the contents of selected objects (similar to what you see when you View an object). You may display both by selecting contents of selected objects and also checking the print table of contents box. Check the box next to an object name in the list of objects to tell ProAdmin to display its contents. To select all the objects, click the All button (or to select none of them, click the None button).
