Review data & Run split buttons
There are two split buttons on the execution commands (Estimate, Final and Dates/Age/Service calculations) whose text and options vary depending on the state of the data. When data has previously been saved, there are two available choices on the split buttons: to use the previously saved data (such as for testing) or to re-load fresh data (such as for live calculations). There is also a proadmin.ini file setting, RunWithSavedData, that allows you to control which will be the default choice. Regardless of the default, however, both choices are always available, and you can make a choice other than the default by clicking on the split arrow.
The data review split button allows you to review the data, and make changes to it if desired, before the calculation has been run. (However, see the FAQ "How do I protect a data field from user edits?" if you want to insure that certain data is never changed from the source data.) The language on the button indicates the state of the data. There are several possible alternative states for the button:
The run split button allows you to select which data to use as you run the calculation. The language on the button indicates the state of the data and the calculation. If you click the button, the data will be loaded from the external source and presented for your review. When this is the default option, the split button will not contain another select-able option, but there will be a ghosted choice to Review saved data.
Refresh data & review indicates that data has been previously loaded and saved. If you click the button, the data will be re-loaded from the external source and presented for your review. When this is the default option, clicking on the split arrow will also make available the Review saved data option.

Load data & run indicates that no data has been previously saved. If you click on this button, ProAdmin will load data from the external source and attempt to complete the run. When this is the default option, the split button will not contain another select-able option, but there will be a ghosted choice to Run with saved data.

Run with saved data indicates that data has previously been loaded and saved but there are no saved calculation results. If you click on this button, ProAdmin will use the saved data to attempt to complete the run. When this is the default option, clicking on the split arrow will also make available the Refresh data & run option.
Re-run with saved data indicates that a calculation has been run and saved. If you click on this button, ProAdmin will use the saved data to complete a new run and present a summary of changes from the prior results. When this is the default option, clicking on the split arrow will also make available the Refresh data & re-run option.
Re-run with reviewed data indicates that a calculation has been run and saved, but the data has just been reviewed (it may or may not have been refreshed). If you click on this button, ProAdmin will use the reviewed data to complete a new run and present a summary of changes from the prior results. When this is the default option, clicking on the split arrow will also make available the Refresh data & re-run option.
