The measurement period is used to group and count service periods. The measurement period is the incremental time-span over which service, salary and final average salary are determined. This is usually years (and partial years). Valid measurement periods are:

* An End of measurement period date or field is needed if the measurement period is anniversary year, bi-weekly or weekly. This date or field designates the end of any measurement period. ProAdmin will use this date as a starting point to establish the ending dates for all other measurement periods by adding or subtracting years for anniversary year, 7 days for weekly or 14 days for bi-weekly
