QUESTION: Does ProAdmin have a standard library of tables (i.e., mortality, termination, etc.)?

ANSWER: Although ProAdmin has only 6 default tables -- GA71, GA83, GA94, UP84, UP94 with Projection Scale AA and the "1995 Applicable Mortality Table" -- adding new tables is extremely easy.

For network installations, we recommend maintaining a Master Client that can be used to store standard library entries such as mortality tables, termination tables, etc. By using the Client to Client Copy command, networked users can copy items from the Master Client for use in their work.

For stand-alone versions (or to update the Master Client), tables can either be imported from ASCII files or entered manually. To import, simply create a new table and use the Import Table option (Options button of the spreadsheet interface). NOTE: your ASCII file should contain columns of values as they would appear in ProAdmin. Be sure that your ASCII file contains values only -- no indices such as age or service.
