For any Benefit Definitions which have the 415(b) Maximum Benefit Limit payment form adjustments specified 'in valuation assumptions by payment form', select an adjustment table for each Benefit Definition and Payment Form.  See U.S. 415(b) Maximum Benefit Limit for more details.
