Returns the "First day", as specified in Contribution Definition.

Syntax:

#FIRSTDAY

Examples:

#FIRSTDAY equals 4/1/2021 if the "First day" is set to 4/1/2021 in the Contribution Definition.

If a member must be hired before the "First day" in order to receive a contribution, and DOH is date of hire, then

DOH < #FIRSTDAY

will result in a Boolean indicator of eligibility.
