Returns the Canadian yearly additional maximum pensionable earnings. ProVal projects the yearly additional maximum pensionable earnings value by starting with the rounded value for the year of the valuation date, multiplying this value by one plus the applicable increase rate for each year thereafter and then rounding the result down to the next multiple of $100.
