Custom Variables
The Custom Variables command lets you create output variables for use in deterministic and stochastic forecasts. These custom variables can be simple variables (such as the PBGC premium) or more complex expressions (such as surplus, or, perhaps, the ultimate liability with surplus limited to $0).
In a stochastic forecast, check Calculate ETL and choose the worst-case tail as either "high values" or "low values." The ETL is the average value in the worst-cast tail of the distribution.
Note that a variable labeled "inactives" refers to both initial and emerging inactive members.
