Package Mapping
The Package Mapping command of the Fulfillment Tool provides an easy way to connect the individual calculations to the correct Microsoft Word document. Display the dialog box by clicking the button, or selecting Package Mapping... from the Edit menu.
There are two sections on the dialog box, one for Input Documents and one for Output Documents.
For each of the Input Documents, select an available Package Code. The element on the client database where the Package Code is housed is specified on the Client Information dialog box. Once the Package Code is selected, enter an associated Document File, or browse to the file location by clicking the button. The Document File is the folder path and file name of the Microsoft Word document. When the Package Code on a database record (or calculation) matches the package code specified here, the Fulfillment Tool selects this document to use.
In the Output Documents section, enter the Document Folder path and directory where the completed letters and forms will be saved. You may type or paste in the path and directory or browse to the file location by clicking the button.
