Fulfillment Tool
The Fulfillment Tool provides you with the ability to merge Microsoft Word documents with Microsoft Access databases and create individual letters and forms with computed benefit results. The Fulfillment Tool provides the flexibility to customize the results to meet the requirements for the delivery of the information. Examples are letters to terminating members, annual statements, and optional forms for early retirement, etc. The Fulfillment Tool uses Microsoft Access databases created as a consequence of saving results from Output Definitions of individual calculations or running a Batch Estimate.
Selecting the Fulfillment Tool on the Tools menu or the button the will launch the ProAdmin Fulfillment Tool. When launched, the Fulfillment Tool shows the following menu items:
The Show Run Dates multi-choice field below the menu buttons selects the desired calculations from the database and populates the spreadsheet-like grid below. The choices are: All, Today, This Week, This Month and This Year. The grid provides information on each calculation selected for display from the database. Every line on the grid represents a separate calculation. Name is dependent on which type of calculation was run. If an individual calculation, Name is the name of the entry in the Final, Estimated or Dates/Age/Service Calculation Library. If a batch calculation, Name is a name provided by the Fulfillment Tool to distinguish each calculation from the others: BA denotes a batch run; + Person ID; + age/date at benefit commencement; + decrement date. Run Type is Estimate, Final or Dates/Age/Service. Person ID is the member’s Person ID. Run Date shows the time and date the calculation was run. Package shows the Package Code connecting the calculation with the Word template. Generated shows the time and date the fulfillment was produced.
