The ProAdmin installation package contains a zip file of sample Fulfillment Tool files.  Our goal for providing these sample files is to illustrate how ProAdmin calculation results are connected to a Word document using ProAdmin's Fulfillment Tool. The following steps will help you review these files:

• Find FT_EXAMPLE.zip in the ProAdmin download directory (e.g., C:\WinTech\ProAdmin\FT_Example.zip).

• Unzip the contents of this file to a new directory (e.g., C:\WinTech\ProAdmin\Fulfillment Tool Example). Unzipping this file will extract the four .SF files for ProAdmin and the Access database which stores the ProAdmin calculation output as well as create the following two (2) subdirectories:

1. \Generated Packages - this directory will be used to store the personalized Word documents after a merge has been completed
2. \Template Documents - this directory contains the template MicroSoft Word documents

This directory structure is only a suggested approach for managing the files.  

• Open ProAdmin and select the client in the \Fulfillment Tool Example directory.  The plan setup for this sample client is very simple.  Select the "Smith" calculation from the Estimated Benefit Calculation library. This calculation has been saved with results so there is no need to re-run the calculation.  View the Output Definition Results; these results will be used by the Fulfillment Tool to create a merge of data with the Word document template. Note that there is no need to save the Output Definition Results to file as we have included those results in the \Fulfillment Tool Example\CalcResults.accdb database.

• From within ProAdmin, launch the Fulfillment Tool by selecting it on the Tools menu or clicking the  button.  
• Click the  button to open the client database containing the output results. Navigate to the client database and open the file. In this example, this database has the file path C:\WinTech\ProAdmin\Fulfillment Tool Example.

• Confirm the Client Information.  For this example, the Client name: is "WindPower", Where is the "Package" field? Table: ​is set to "Results_which_do_not_vary_by_Commencement_Date" and Column: is "PackageCode".

• The Field Mapping and Package Mapping have already been completed.  We recommend that you peruse them.

• Select the "Smith" record from the list of completed calculation results and Preview or Generate the Word merge document.
