The Preview Package command allows you to verify that the fulfillment information is correct during the setup process.  To generate the preview document, highlight an entry from the list of calculations and then click the button, or select the Preview Package item from the Actions menu.  The Fulfillment Tool will then merge the information from the database onto the Word document based on the Query, Field and Package mappings.  When complete, the merged Word document will open for your review. From there you can use Microsoft Word features to save, print or delete the document.
