The Eligibility topic sets information about when the payment can commence.

There are two choices that you can set for eligibility. The first is that the payment shares the same eligibility as the benefit definitions. You set the eligibility by clicking on one of the two radio buttons on the screen. If you select the Alternative eligibility definition choice you use the drop down selections to choose the eligibility definition from the eligibility definition library and the service definition set from the service definition set library that will be applied to determine the eligibility. The Arrow button at the end of each multi-choice field allows you to add a new entry to the library or edit an existing entry.
